“Preferat” is the Romanian word for “favourite”, so you will understand why the “Preferat” baloney is by far our favourite. Inspired by the Italian Mortadella, this baloney excels in flavour and texture. To prepare it, we choose different cuts of pork, to which we add fine cubes of beef. Spices such as cardamom and allspice make this baloney a favourite among meat lovers. The product is preserved in a natural membrane. Furthermore, its taste is enhanced by a noble hot smoke.
