As the name may indicate, for this salami we travelled all the way to the heart of Ukraine, where we’ve found this hundred-year-old recipe. Our specialists have adapted it to make it fit for the taste of our clients.
The Odessa Salami is made from pieces of pork and poultry. The pieces of meat are mixed and pressed to obtain a crisp, juicy salami. Adding the smoking procedure to the technological flow of this product gives this salami a unique smoky flavour. As usual, to enhance the taste of the meat, we select and burn only the best wood essences.
The Odessa Salami can be used for delicious sandwiches, but it can also enhance the taste of traditional dishes.
