Nivalli’s Pork Safalade is a fine combination of beef, chicken and pork meat. For enhancing its taste, we add a mixture of ginger, nutmeg, and coriander, as well as a little salt.
The meat combination is minced until transformed into a paste that can be then transferred to an edible membrane. After being cooked, the safalade is left in the smoker for a plus of flavour. Safalades can be served as such, but some prefer it on the grill or fried.
