Nivalli’s Home-Made Salami should be present in the homes of meat enthusiasts worldwide. To prepare it we combine pork meat and lardons in a well-established ratio. As mentioned on several other occasions, all our meat comes from local producers who ensure the level of quality that our products need.
We add mustard seeds and black pepper grains, together with fresh garlic and parsley to the mix. Parsley is the one that gives this product’s unique taste.
