No one knows to make sausages and wursts like the Bavarians. We went looking for inspiration in Bavaria and came back with a recipe of fresh sausages that excels in taste and quality.
Our “Bavaria” Pork Sausages are a combination of pork meat with pieces of ham. To the mix of meat, we add spices and salt, and then we stuff it into edible sausage casings. These fresh pork sausages can be cooked on the grill, but they are also tasty when fried in a pan or roasted in the oven.
We like to eat them with a baked potatoes side dish, but they are just as good with a bit of mustard.
