Barbeque Sausages

No barbecue is complete without Nivalli’s barbecue sausages. A combination of pork, chicken and beef meat gives these sausages a complexity of flavors, but also a good fat percentage. The meat mix, together with the sausage casing, both make these sausages suitable to be placed on the grill.

We recommend preparing them on the grill, although they have a good taste fried in the skillet or baked in the oven.
